Terms of use

Conditions for using generate.domains: accounts, AI-generated names, projects, credits, payments, cancellation and consumer rights.

Version 2 · Effective date: 20 October 2026

1. Provider and scope

generate.domains is operated by Marcos Emiliano Moktoski. The provider’s tax identification and postal address are available in the legal notice. For support, complaints or withdrawal requests, contact [email protected] or use the contact page.

These terms govern the website, user accounts, naming tools and paid services. The plan and order information shown before purchase also forms part of the agreement. Mandatory consumer rights always apply.

2. Accounts and access

You must have legal capacity to enter into this agreement or the necessary permission from your legal representative. If you act for an organisation, you must be authorised to do so. Provide accurate information and protect your sign-in credentials and API tokens. Report suspected unauthorised access promptly. You are responsible for activity you authorise, without excluding the provider’s own responsibilities.

The service requires an internet connection and an up-to-date browser. Available functions and usage limits depend on the selected plan and the information shown in your account.

3. Naming tools and domain checks

The platform helps generate, find, save, compare and assess candidate names and domains. AI output may contain errors, repeat other suggestions or be unsuitable for your project. It does not guarantee originality, exclusivity, trademark protection or commercial success. Reports and preliminary checks do not replace legal or professional advice.

Availability, premium listings and prices may change. Verify the domain, registration and renewal costs, trademark rights and any other restrictions before purchasing or using a name. Saving or sharing a domain does not reserve or register it. Registration takes place with the chosen external registrar under that registrar’s terms.

4. Your content, projects and sharing

You retain any rights you hold in your prompts, notes and uploaded content. You authorise the processing needed to provide the functions you request, including through the service’s AI and infrastructure providers as described in the Privacy policy. Only submit material you are entitled to use; avoid unnecessary confidential or sensitive information.

We do not claim ownership of your ideas or generated names. Whether an output has intellectual property protection depends on the applicable law; receiving a suggestion does not grant rights over third-party names or trademarks.

Project owners control invitations, roles and spending permissions. A paid action explicitly assigned to a project can use its owner’s credits within the granted permissions and limits. Linking a personal search to a project does not change who pays for that search. Public or shared links can be accessed by their recipients and redistributed; check the sharing settings before enabling them. Revoking a link cannot remove copies already made by others.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, infringement, fraud, impersonation, harassment or distributing harmful content. Do not attempt unauthorised access, compromise security, disrupt the service, bypass access or credit limits, or misuse promotional accounts. Automated access must use the authorised API and respect its permissions and limits. Report security issues through the contact channel without accessing or exposing other people’s data.

6. Plans, credits and payments

Before confirming a purchase, review the features, duration, price, currency, taxes, discounts and renewal method shown at checkout. You can correct your selections before paying. Paid access or credits are activated after payment is confirmed; bank transfers may require verification. Order records and the payment confirmation allow you to review your purchase. Billing documents are supplied through the platform or payment provider according to the selected payment arrangement.

AI credits measure use of paid functions; they are not money, a deposit or an investment, and cannot be resold or exchanged for cash. This does not limit refunds required by law. The cost of an action is displayed before it runs. Plan and promotional credits may have the validity and rollover limits shown in your account. Purchased credit packages do not expire and do not change the features of your plan. If a paid operation fails without delivering its result, the associated credits are restored; contact support if you detect an incorrect charge.

7. Renewal and cancellation

Automatic renewal applies only when selected and confirmed at purchase. Otherwise, access ends on the stated date unless renewed. You may stop future automatic renewals through your account where available or by contacting support before the next renewal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period and does not itself refund earlier charges; withdrawal and other statutory rights remain unaffected. Closing an account does not settle outstanding payments or remove records that must legally be retained.

8. Withdrawal, refunds and service problems

If you are a consumer covered by Spanish or EU distance-contract rules, you generally have 14 calendar days from conclusion of the service contract to withdraw without giving a reason. Notify us before the deadline by email or post using the details in section 1. Identify yourself and the order. You may use this optional notice: “I withdraw from my contract for [service], ordered on [date], order reference [reference]. Name, address and date.” Add your signature if sent on paper.

We will refund payments covered by a valid withdrawal without undue delay and within 14 calendar days after receiving the notice, using the same payment method unless another no-cost method is expressly agreed. Any lawful proportional charge for service already supplied requires the prior express request and information required by law. Any exception for fully performed services or digital content requires all applicable consent, acknowledgement and confirmation conditions. Merely creating an account, accepting these terms or using credits does not automatically waive withdrawal rights.

If the service does not meet the contract, you retain the remedies provided by law, including correction, an appropriate price reduction or termination where applicable. Report payment errors or service problems with the order reference and relevant details; never send passwords or full card details. No general “no refunds” rule overrides these rights.

9. External services

Registrars, domain marketplaces and payment providers operate their own services. Their terms apply to transactions made directly with them. Some outbound links may generate an affiliate commission for generate.domains. We remain responsible for our own contractual and legal obligations.

10. Availability, suspension and responsibility

Maintenance, provider failures or security incidents may interrupt the service. We will take reasonable steps to restore it. We may proportionately restrict access to address a security risk, serious breach or legal requirement, explaining the reason and how to contact us unless law or security prevents this. You may ask for a review through support.

We are responsible as required by applicable law. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or removes consumer rights. Paid services are not offered subject to a blanket exclusion of responsibility.

11. Privacy and intellectual property

Personal data and cookies are explained in the Privacy policy and the site’s cookie settings. Accepting these terms does not constitute consent to optional analytics or marketing. The platform’s software, design and branding remain protected by their respective owners’ rights. You may use them only as needed to access the service or with permission.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for changes to the service, security or law. The date and version appear above. Material changes will be communicated through the platform in advance where required, with renewed acceptance when applicable. Changes do not retrospectively increase agreed prices or remove acquired or mandatory rights. Keep a copy of the terms and order information relevant to your purchase.

13. Applicable law and disputes

Spanish law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of habitual residence. Disputes may be brought before the courts competent under applicable law; consumers are not required to accept an exclusive foreign forum. You may also use any applicable consumer complaint or alternative dispute-resolution procedure. You can contact us at [email protected] so we can try to resolve the matter, without limiting your right to use these procedures.
