What happens when my AI credits reach zero?

AI operations pause until credits are available again. Dictionary, availability checks and shortlist remain available according to your plan.

Do unused plan credits carry over?

Only recurring plans with a published rollover allowance carry unused plan credits into the immediately following period, up to that limit. Rollover credits do not carry twice.

Do purchased credits expire?

Purchased credits remain available while your account exists. They are kept separate and are consumed after promotional, rollover and current-plan credits.

Can I cancel automatic renewal?

Yes. Cancelling stops future automatic charges and keeps the access already paid for until its published end date.

Does a failed AI operation consume credits?

No. Credits are charged once for a completed operation. A failed or safely reversed operation returns its credit charge automatically.
